About Kochouseph Chittilappilly

It was a humble beginning in 1977 when Kochouseph Chittilappilly started V – Guard with a small manufacturing unit for producing voltage stabilizers. It was also the first step of a long successful voyage. Very soon, V – Guard became the synonym of trust and expanded its wings and is now available across the length and breadth of the country with a wide range of products. Later in 2000, he unlocked a magical world of amusements and excitement in Kochi – ‘Veegaland’. Veegaland was renamed as ‘Wonderla’, and has its Amusement Parks at Kochi, Bangalore and Hyderabad. A fourth initiative under the patronage of Kochouseph Chittilappilly was V – Star Creations in the fashionable clothing sector, managed by Mrs. Sheela Kochouseph.

K Chittilappilly foundation , based in Kochi, is an initiative close to heart by Shri. Kochouseph Chittilappilly with the prime objective of undertaking public charitable activities in India in a corporate level, without any discrimination as to religion, caste, creed or gender.

Being incorporated as a non-profit company under section 25 of the Companies Act, K Chittilappilly Foundation operates from its registered office at Kakkanad, Kochi, and reaches out to lakhs of sick and downtrodden in society.
