The CREDAI Property Expo 2024, from December 6 to 8 at Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium, Kaloor, was an event to remember. We are proud to have unveiled India’s first AI-powered realty wonderland to present eight biophilic urban homes, Veegaland Homes truly stole the spotlight.
Alice in Veegaland and Smart Tree
One of the standout attractions of the expo was Alice in Veegaland, India’s first AI-powered realty wonderland. Our stall was transformed into a space where nature and technology converged, with green design, and elements of nature, along with Alice and Smart Tree. This groundbreaking concept combined advanced technology and immersive storytelling to create a unique experience for customers. “Alice” our AI assistant, took customers on a magical journey through Veegaland Homes’ projects, exploring the finer details of the projects—all through an interactive, AI-driven interface.
The Smart Tree, an AI-powered biophilic tree, further enhanced the experience. Customers could ask the Smart Tree questions about Veegaland’s projects and receive instant, responses. This seamless blend of innovation and creativity set Veegaland Homes apart, leaving customers amazed at the possibilities of technology in real estate.

Families at the expo were drawn to the thoughtful integration of biophilic elements and the extensive array of family-friendly amenities, including multi-purpose halls, swimming pools, yoga spaces, fitness centers, children’s play areas, and many more.
